SECOND SATURDAY STROLL is a group of Downtown Delta "Creatives" anxious to share the talents and ingenuity of local artists. The Stroller, a list of participating merchants, is available and some merchants will offer specials, discounts, prize drawings, live art demos and maybe even a snack or two...
