Classic Paella is a Valencian rice dish from the southeastern coast of Spain. This ancient rice dish has evolved to become a symbol of Spanish culinary experience with each region adding meat ingredients, customizing the entree.
Winemaker and Chef, Yvon Gros, is hosting his Paella Night at Leroux Creek Vineyards (12388 3100 Road, Hotchkiss) on Tuesday, Sep 20.
There'll be socializing starting at 6 followed by dinner at 6:30
Special price: $19.50 (tax & service extra)
Wine at $5/glass, with bottles available.
Paella pairs well with Rose de Leroux.
