Friends of the Fort announce themes for Saturday's at the Fort 2016.
Events will take place between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with a special reduced admission of $2. Seniors, children under 6 years of age, and persons in fur trapping-era clothing are free.
Fort Uncompahgre is located at 440 North Palmer Street in Delta, near Bill Heddles Recreation Center. The Fort is open seven days a week through September from 9 to 4 Monday through Saturday and noon to 4 on Sunday. Plan to visit this living history museum and travel back to the fur trapping-era of Colorado's history.
