Join the Ranch Friday February 17th, for their monthly dinner club. They will have a three course menu from the culinary talents of their Executive Chef Marcus Parrott. The evening will start at 6:30 with a gathering in the Elk Lodge around the fireplace with hors d'ouerves and good cheer, followed by the three course dinner at 7:00 p.m.
Dessert this month is inspired by one of Chef Marcus' experiences at a buddhist temple. There he had fried plantains with a Thai tea and so dessert this month is his own take on that.
The cost is $45 per person, with fine wines by the glass and spirits available at an extra charge. They ask that you make reservations at least 72 hours before each dinner so Chef Marcus can prepare. Come to one dinner or all six, we are sure you will be happy that you did.
