This winter, Smith Fork Ranch announces its "Dinner Club" that will feature the culinary talents of their Executive Chef Marcus Parrott. Join them each month for outstanding food and friendly atmosphere in the beautiful Smith Fork Ranch Fireside Room.
The party will start November 18th and will continue each third Friday of the month through April of 2017.
Evenings will start at 6:30 with a gathering in the Elk Lodge around the fireplace with hors d'ouerves and good cheer, followed by a three course dinner at 7:00 pm.
The menu will change each month and they will feature the best of the season's offerings at each dinner.
The cost is $45 per person, with fine wines by the glass and spirits available at an extra charge. They ask that you make reservations at least 72 hours before each dinner so Chef Marcus can prepare. Come to one dinner or all six, we are sure you will be happy that you did.
