Great fun for the whole family! The North Fork Valley Embodying Rhythm Marimba Project will be performing in Delta in April. This concert will feature The Embodying Rhythm Faculty Marimba Ensemble and the YPES Marimba Band - a local youth performance ensemble that has been studying with David and Arlyn Alderdice for the past several years. Select students from the HHS choir led by Jeannette Carey will also share their vocal talents. This concert will showcase traditional Zimbabwean music, South African jazz tunes, and contemporary pieces from Europe and the Americas. Some of the tunes will be accompanied by flute, drumset, gourd shakers, and more.
