Hotel Policies Reservations can be made on line as late as 1 day in advance Last minute reservations must be made by phone at 970-921-5040.
*Rates are for 1 or 2 people. There is a $5 charge per person per night for each additional guest. Children under 12 stay for free.* Credit cards will be charged at the time of check in unless proper cancellation was made.
Cancellations must be made 48 hrs prior to arrival except during hunting season.
Cancellations during hunting season must be made at least two weeks in advance.
If proper cancellations are not given, credit card will be charged full amount of reserved stay.
Pets are welcome. There is a $10 per night, per pet non-refundable fee and a credit card is required for pet stay. You must properly care for and clean up after your pets while at the hotel. Any damage to the rooms will be charged to your credit card.
All rooms are non smoking. There is a $200 charge for smoking in the rooms. Ash trays and chairs are provided on balcony for smoking.
Check out is 11:00 a.m. Anything past 11:00 a.m. will be charged a full day stay.
Check in begins at 2:00 p.m. day of arrival. After hours check in can be made by contacting 970-921-5581 or 970-361-6317.
Any damages made to hotel rooms will be charged to your credit card.
Early check out of any room of more than two days will be refunded by one half. Except during hunting season
Hunting Season Policy: Money will NOT be reimbursed if you check out before your scheduled date of departure.
Any gutting or cleaning of wildlife or fish in rooms will be charged a $100.00-$300.00 cleaning fee.
Maid service will not be provided daily unless by request. Extra towels may be picked up at the Hitching Post Hotel and Farm Store between the hours of 8:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.
Credit cards will be charged for missing items such as towels, wash cloths, etc.
